ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: extended for September 03, 2023
Abstracts for the Congress:
- Participants who would like to actively participate in the Congress, are encouraged to submit an abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
- The Committee reserves the right to: 1) Select the best abstracts for oral presentation; 2) Select the best abstracts for extenso publication (Journal will be announced soon); 3) Decide on the final form of abstract presentation (poster or publication only).
- The Committee will accept only 2 abstracts for poster display per presenting author.
- All accepted abstracts of only fully registered and paid presenters will be published in the supplement edition journal that will be announced soon.
- Instructions for Abstract preparation are available bellow.
The abstract should contain the following sections:
- Title of the abstract
- Authors, given by family names and initials
- Details of affiliation of all authors; institution(s), city, country
- Contact details of the presenting author (email, phone, fax)
- Introduction
- Material and methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Please note: Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, neither should they include tables or graphs.
About Abstract Submission:
- Be sure to make all changes, corrections and proofreading before submitting the abstract(s).
- Please note: Once you click Submit, you cannot edit the information you entered.
- To make any further changes after you have submitted the abstract(s), please contact the Organizing Committee of the 3CMHAIP at congress2023@zhm.mk mentioning your name and abstract confirmation number.
- Important: Prior to submission, please use ‘spell and grammar check' within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid errors. Abstracts and full papers to be published will not undergo language review. They will be published in the received forms.

POSTERS PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Requirements for Poster Presentations
- The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (view sample image below).
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
- The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
- Tape and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area.
- The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
