New Ways of Travel Agency is the official Organizer (CO) for The Third Congress of the Macedonian Hematology Association with international participation and will offer specially reduced rates for the participants of the meetings.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve hotel accommodations as soon as possible through the Congress website (congress2025@zhm.mk) in order to benefit from the special rates.
Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively a bank transfer of the total amount is received.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. Reservations will only be final upon a receipt of the corresponding deposit.
Early Departure Fee
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
Important Notes
New Ways of Travel Agency and their agents shall not be responsible for any liability in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property loss due to any reason whatsoever, nor for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by the Organizing Committee of the 3CMHAIP. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% refundable deposit. All other cancellations are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
