ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract Submission Deadline: April 13, 2025
Participants who would like to actively contribute to the Congress are encouraged to submit an abstract for review by the Program Committee.
The Committee will decide on the final form of abstract presentation (either poster or publication only) and inform the authors by April 20, 2025.
Please note:
- Only one abstract per presenting author will be accepted for poster display.
- All accepted abstracts from fully registered and paid presenters will be published in a supplement edition of a journal which will be announced shortly.
Abstract Preparation Instructions:
The abstract should include the following sections:
- Title of the abstract
- Authors (family names and initials)
- Details of author affiliations (institution(s), city, country)
- Contact details of the presenting author (email, phone, fax)
- Introduction
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Conclusions
Important:
- Abstracts should not exceed 250 words and must not include tables or graphs.
- Before submitting, please ensure that all changes, corrections, and proofreading have been completed.
- Once you click "Submit," you cannot edit the information you entered.
- To make any changes after submission, please contact the Organizing Committee at congress2025@zhm.mk, providing your name and abstract confirmation number.
- Be sure to use spell and grammar check in your Word document before submission, as abstracts will not undergo language review and will be published in the form they are received.
Poster presentation guidelines will be delivered to the authors of selected posters.
